Description

This is a set of three Drum Package 2 Kit from SKB. It consists of three heavy-duty cases for 10×12″, and 16×16″ Toms as well as a case for an 18×22″ bass drum. They provide protection whether for storage or transport. They are made from rotationally molded polyethylene with a Roto-X pattern that allows you to stack similar sized cases. The bottom features molded pedestal feet for increased stability when the case is placed on the ground or stage.

Inside, the cases are fully padded to protect the fine finish of the drums. Access to the inside is via a heavy-duty web strap with high-tension slide release buckle. For transport, the metal handle contains a built-in 90أ¯آ؟آ½ stop.

Rotational molding is a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse.
