This cartridge contains a butane/propane gas mixture which provides an even and even combustion over a wide temperature range at lower altitudes, making it ideal for general use. All Coleman cartridges feature a standard thread for easy attachment of Coleman cookers and lanterns. For safety reasons, the cartridge features Coleman’s double resealable safety valve, which means the cartridge can be disconnected and reconnected from your device without leakage.
