  • We offer a convenient pickup service, so you don’t need to arrange shipping yourself.
  • Once your item is collected, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours that your return is being processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or an alternative method if agreed upon.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
    • Store credit, or
    • Bank transfer (as applicable)

Items Not Eligible for Return
